Founded by Toye Oshunbiyi in 2007, Compass Coaching & Training is an organization for CEOs, entrepreneurs and business leaders helping them achieve the goals they want. Toye has been Leading, Coaching and training in various capacities since 1998, he decided to set up the company when he observed that many business leaders allowed their companies to lead them and never really had enough time to enjoy the fruits of their labours.
